Hunting deer could never be easier! Not only is there an abundance of deer
as evidenced by the antler rubbings, the deer tracks and droppings, there
are two sturdy deerstands securely built into the hardwoods to give you a
birdīs eye view of the activities below.
This tract is mostly hardwoods and has several very nice streams running
through it with a multitude of possible lake sites. There are several
beautiful homesites scattered throughout the property.
Deer Park is located between Bear Hollow and RidgeView and is in the center
of the Black Fox Hills conservation area consisting of over 1200 acres near
the James River in Wingina, Virginia.
Within an easy hour drive you can be in Charlottesville, Va or Lynchburg.
Groceries and dining can be found conveniently in Lovingston, just 20 minutes
to the west. Wintergreen Ski Resort is within 30 minutes of Black Fox Hills.
Access is off of State Road 626, which is hard-surfaced and then off of a
shared deeded right of way.
