Growing up as a young man in central Virginia I was blessed to frequent a
special place with my friend and his dad to go fishing, that place was the
Tye river. It was beautiful way back then and it is still unforgettable now!
We have a cabin on 10 acres with over a football field in length of river
frontage. The Tye river is where I caught my first Trout and small mouth

overlooking Kitchen and dining area. Egyptian tile and granite enclose
the unique rain shower. Full basement has Soapstone woodstove and a gas
furnace. Great place to store some of your big boy or girl toys!

The cabin has a mile of trails that lead right to the waters edge so if you
want to walk or take the ATV it’s only a few minutes away! If you love
Kayaking or Canoeing the this part of the Tye River is great because its
only a short float down to where the Tye empties into mighty James River!
Bald Eagles, White tailed deer and Eastern wild turkey are frequent guests
and shopping is only beautiful drive away!
