James Davis was an exceptional in his service to me as I searched for a specific property. He was professional, patient, punctual and knowledgeable as we discussed multiple farm and sporting properties all over central Virginia , which was my target area. In many cases he went above and beyond the call of duty, previewing some properties and saving me time in the search process. In the end, I found an ideal property. I cannot think of how James could have served me better. I would recommend him without reservation.

I wish to express my thoughts on the high quality of service provided by Mr. James Davis of Premier Land and Farms of Virginia, Inc. Working with you, James, to "list" and "sell" my farm, Mountain Shadows, was a very pleasant and rewarding experience! You put it on the market in November of '07 and completed the sale(closed the deal) on January '08. I appreciate very much the attention you gave to getting my property sold. You were always very professional, straight forward, upbeat, positive and continually kept me posted as to what was happening;........i.e.,..........when you were showing it, how it was being advertised/promoted and what the feedback was from prospective customers. Growing up on a farm in North Carolina gave me an appreciation for the outdoors.  The old family farm became divided up amongst the family as many old farms do.  The acreage kept getting smaller and smaller and I realized that my two boys were not going to have a place hunt, fish, and simply do the things that little boys do on a farm.  I wanted a place that we could ride our ATVs, hunt, target practice, play in the creeks, and watch the trees grow!  I knew that land was in a limited supply and I began to search for a large acreage tract in VA and NC.  I have looked at dozens of properties over the last 10 years.  I never have found that one property that met my needs, be it size, location, environment, topography, price etc.

James Davis introduced me and my family to more than one parcel in November of 2006.  James, being an avid hunter, could appreciate what I was looking for.  He, unlike many other realtors, actually knew the land from one corner to the other.  In January of 2007 we purchased a 200 acre tract.  James was most helpful in answering all our questions and was there for us at all times through the whole process.

James was professional and a pleasure to work with!

It has been a joyful experience for Sue and me to work with you on the recent sale of our cabin in Virginia. As you know, this is the second time you have helped us in real estate; however, this time was far more dramatic than the first time.
